This summer, staff members of the Paris yiddish center will be working all over the world.

Yitskhok Niborski, along with Annick Prime-Margules, will be teaching at the Yiddish summer course in Brussels, from July 25 to August 5, 2011 (further information here).

Natalia Krynicka will teach at the summer program of Yiddish language and culture in Vilnius from July 24 to August 19, 2011 (further information ici).

Gilles Rozier, director of the Medem Library, is publishing on the net from June 27 to Sept. 25, 2011 Un été boulevard Rothschild, the diary he kept from in the summer of 2008, when he was writer in residence in Tel-Aviv to write his book D'un pays sans amour, to be published at the end of August (Editions Grasset). The diary touches on Jewish culture, Yiddish poets, and a writer struggling with his characters and with some remarkable residents of this city, the first Hebrew town of modern times, which was celebrating that year its 100th birthday. He will also teach at the international seminar of yiddish language and culture taking place in Warsaw from July 4 to 22, 2011 (further information ici).
