Because they are sometimes very funny, sometimes very wise, and sometimes funny and wise at the same time, Jewish tales appeal to everyone.
Can a hungry beggar triumph over a heartless inn-keeper? What is the use of a mirror? Can a good father answer when asked on a train what time is it?
The publisher "Petit à Petit" selected 6 women cartoonists to illustrate 6 tales.
